Fundraising Application

The selection process of successful applications will depend on the groups commitment to ensure their event is well promoted, the number of volunteers and other criteria. If all that is met, a lottery style draw will determine which group receives which date.

Please indicate 3 preferred dates (Saturdays at 2pm from June 5th to July 24th, Saturday, July 31st at 6:15pm, Saturday, August 14th to Saturday, September 18th at 2pm)

Unfortunately, depending on the number of applicants received, not everyone may be guaranteed a date.
